* I’m a graduate of Cornell College in business and economics.  I have more than 27 years of experience in sales and management, most of which has been related to the home repair or building industry.

* I managed a hardware store for over 5 years, sold construction supplies for 14 years and I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Iowa for the last 8 years.

* I know the local market, I know building products, and I know builders.
